Delivery

We currently deliver locally to the Isle of Man, and nationally to the UK, including the Channel Islands. Orders can also be collected from our store free of charge - customers must present their order collection email when collecting.

Returns Policy

The Papered Nest accepts returns within 14 days of purchase if products are not used, changed or otherwise manipulated and are without signs of wear. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: - Discounted, sale and original art items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged - Jewellery items such as earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
